Naomi Chebet was brutally murdered in her rental house in an apartment in Kiambu by her husband, Samuel Njoroge after the husband suspected Naomi was having an intimate relationship with another man. Harrison Koech discovered his sister’s lifeless body on Sunday morning.

According to Ben Koech, their sister Naomi Chebet had just patched things up with Njoroge. The couple reunited in early March after a period of separation.
A neighbor witnessed Naomi entering her rental house with Njoroge at 9 PM. The same neighbor later saw Njoroge leaving alone at 10:30 PM wearing a mask.
“I found my sister covered with a blanket on the couch when I returned home,” Harrison revealed. “She wasn’t moving when I tried to wake her up the next morning.”
Police reports confirmed multiple injuries on Naomi’s body. The post-mortem showed two stab wounds at the back of her head.
Medical examinations revealed more brutal details about her death. She had hammer marks on her head and four finger marks on her throat.
Njoroge posted a disturbing message on Facebook after the incident. His message read “Die and leave me alone, prostitute”.
The suspect sent another message confessing to the crime. He wrote, “I killed her because of nonsense”.
Police traced Njoroge’s last location to Githurai 45 area. The authorities continue their search for the prime suspect.
The couple lived together in Naomi’s rental house with Harrison. Their living arrangement started after their recent reconciliation.
