EALA Member of Parliament Florence Jematia has been accused of incitement to violence and arrested.
The MP allegedly uttered words that would cause the public to arm themselves, and cause violence in Baringo.
“Tunataka pay bill number ya kununua bunduki na risasi,” she said.
Jematia has served in the East Africa Legislative Assembly for one term.
She is a member of Inua Mama, Jenga Taifa lobby group affiliated to Deputy President William Ruto.
She is a diehard supporter of the Presidency of William Ruto.
Jematia is from Kimalel, Baringo South, and harbours ambitions of becoming an elected MP.
